Your body no longer trapping you

To the confines of its sides

I am mother of 3, 28yrs, 26yrs and 21yrs and wife to my lovely hubby. I am a qualified nurse, nurse lecturer, have a degree in English and History, practice alternative therapies and in final year of a Masters. I am a spiritual person, have a quirky humour, shy to those who i don't know but a chatter box to those i do. LOve writing, crafts, my family, my dogs, parrot and cat :) Can live on an emotional roller coaster
